COVID-19 UPDATE

The Coronavirus has presented a significant hurdle to students and families across the globe. Schools have closed, routines have gone out the window and suddenly parents have become teachers to their kids – all while trying to juggle work commitments at the same time!

Despite all this disruption, the 2021 Selective School Test is still going ahead and students still need to be preparing. In fact, a comprehensive preparation program has never been more important- when teachers aren’t around to maintain the momentum, the support of a tutor is even more valuable.

At Alchemy, we are here to support your child through the COVID-19 outbreak. At this time, face to face lessons are still permitted by the NSW government so we encourage these to continue where appropriate, but we also have online lessons as an alternate option. Online lessons take place in our online platform where your tutor can share documents, use an online whiteboard and ultimately make your child feel as comfortable as possible.

We will continue monitoring the standards released by the NSW and Federal governments and adjust as required in coming weeks. Until then, we will continue doing what we do best; preparing students for the selective school exam.
